If you ever have the chance to visit the beautiful country of Costa Rica, take it!

Everything from the quaint beach towns, to tropical rainforest, to the food is incredible.
We started our trip with a couple of days in the tiny beach town of Sàmara on the Nicoya peninsula. The AirBnB was absolutely perfect. A quiet pool, 5 minute walk to the beach and a more than personable host. You can book the same AirBnB here.
We then drove 2 hours east to Playa Hermosa:
A beautiful home with an even more beautiful pool over looking the Pacific Ocean.
Finally, Monteverde was the last stop of the trip. All things jungle, monkeys, zip lining, and hiking happened here. There are no words for the beauty of this place. I was in awe the entire trip and can’t wait to get back, hopefully soon!
The drive to Monteverde is for the most park, alongside the lush green mountains, on a bumpy, rocky, dirt road. Cows, children, and horses roam as you drive past and every so often you will happen upon a small little village. Usually with one church, a few scattered homes, and a bar or (soda).
Alajuela was the last night spent, close the the Juan Santamaria airport.
